Soumyo Dutta

Soumyo Dutta is the Treasurer of Reliance Industries Limited, and is responsible for management of currency and interest rate risk of the corporate balance sheet. As a part of the Corporate Treasury mandate he is also responsible for delivering the target returns on the investment portfolio, management of working capital and raising short term resources from the banking system to fund the working capital requirements of various businesses. Under his leadership, the Treasury team of Reliance Industries has won the Best Hedging Strategy award, conferred by The Corporate Treasurer and The Asian Champions Award and the Best Treasury Team Award for any Asian Conglomerate, conferred by The Asset Triple A in 2015. In his earlier role, he was a Managing Director in Citibank's Global Financial Markets business. His responsibilities included managing the FX & Interest Rates Trading business and Balance Sheet Liquidity and Asset-Liability Management for Citigroup South Asia. Over the years, Soumyo has been an active member of several working groups and market reforms committees constituted by RBI and SEBI. He had been a member of the Gandhi Committee and the Working Group on Enhancing Liquidity in the Government Securities and Interest Rate Derivatives Markets constituted by RBI in 2012 and The Committee on Rationalization of Investment Routes and Monitoring of Foreign Portfolio Investments constituted by SEBI in 2016. Soumyo has earned his B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and is a silver medallist from Indian Institute of Management.

Anirban Mukherjee

Anirban Mukherjee is currently employed as Business Head, Jio Money. Anirban has nearly 17 years of experience in Payments and Retail Banking across US, Mexico, India and broader Asia-Pacific region. He has experience in building, scaling-up and leading consumer financial services franchises by leveraging Technology, Data driven customer behavior insights, Alliances and Marketing to deliver disruptive customer propositions and frictionless processes. He has managed portfolios of 20 mm+ customers; $10B+ of assets and $ 600mm+ P&L across a wide variety of business models (Digitally led direct to consumer, distributor led, branch led) in various stages of evolution. He joined Jio from Standard Chartered bank, Singapore, where he was Group Head, Payments and Digital and was responsible for overall Payments and Digital products strategy and delivery for the retail segment globally, leveraging the rapid growth in digital technologies that have the potential to change banking industry landscape. Prior to that he was with Capital One Financial Corporation based out of USA, where he was Member of the Executive Management and played a key role in its Credit Card and National lending business. Anirban is MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He has also done Executive leadership development program at UVA, Darden Business School, US.
Kannan Ramasamy

Kannan Ramasamy

Kannan in his role as CEO, provides strategic direction, builds executive level relationship with Clients and mentors the senior and middle management teams of Clayfin. He has been in senior business and operational roles with Fortune 500 companies. He was the founding CEO of GE Capital, India's Consumer and Auto Finance Joint Ventures and later moved into other senior global sales and marketing positions with GE Capital USA. After his stint at GE, he took on entrepreneurial roles with early stage and mid-market businesses as President of Scandent Solutions, North America and President and CEO of Aegis Communications Group Inc. He has also contributed to many companies including Bank of America, American Express and Pond’s in management roles.He is a serial entrepreneur who enjoys building businesses with a clear edge in the markets they choose to serve. He has a B. Tech from IIT, Chennai and MBA from IIM, Calcutta. When he is not consumed by his business interests, Kannan likes working out, reading and enjoying his time with his family. He lives in Massachusetts, United States.

With about 30 years of IT experience in banking industry, Munish Mittal has spent a little over two decades implementing various enterprise technology enabled solutions and building up banks' Information Technology practice. Derived from the top management vision, he is also responsible for defining the bank’s long term technology strategy & architecture to build a scale bank. In the capacity of Group Head - IT & CIO of HDFC Bank, he is responsible for managing the bank’s IT Strategy. His key deliverables include creating business value using Information & communication technology, provide best in class IT enabled digital solutions to bank’s customers, ensure no business is missed where IT is involved and nurture a talented IT team. He also directs the IT operations of HDFC Securities Ltd. and manages its long term IT strategy. He also provides Technology Strategy & Consulting to NBFC, HDB Financial Service Limited. He has represented HDFC Bank as a jury member in innovation award juries constituted by Economic Times, Tata Group and SAP India and he supports the IDRBT initiative of Indian Banking CIO Forum as the honorary secretary of IBCF’s managing committee. He has been conferred the CIO of the year recognition by Oracle & Best CIO by CSI (Computer Society of India) for 2016. He represents banks' interests on the board of two IT companies. He is a science graduate with Masters in Business Administration.
